Webley Fosbery

Here is mine Webley Fosbery.

It is built in 1906 and it’s a 3rd model in .455.

I have also taken a picture of the notch witch make that the cylinder turns.

Webley Fosbery

Colonel Fosbery had initially worked on a prototype starting from an American revolver. To develop its project, it obtained the support of the powerful Webley firm, but in the condition of using a maximum of elements common to the productions in the course of the house, from where a similarity even interchange ability with Webley MKI and following...

No army officially adopted this expensive and complicated model, but it was seen in action at the time of the war of Boers and of 1st world war.
