Giovani Botti

This splendid rifle was indeed manufactured by Giovani Botti, harquebusier with Brescia between 1685 and 1720 (I do not know anything else about him).

Beautiful quality and superb conservation.

Gio Botti

Set of three weapons gold mounted signed Gio Botti and manufactured for the Grand Duke Ernest August around 1710.

Pair of flintlock holster pistols with 9" part octagon "Lazarino Cominazzo" barrels of .47 caliber. Locks signed "Gio Botti". The most most famous of the Brescian masters who worked from 1680-1720. Heavy gold lamme chiseled mounts with the crests of the Grand Duke on the pommel bosses. Together with a .60 caliber smoothbore fusil with matching mounts and "Lazarino Cominazzo" signed 34" barrel. Exceptional gold buttplate also highly chiseled. Lock signed "Gio Botti
