It is Winchester model 150 (non squared stick), or 250 (squared stick).
Sears Roebuck Firearms was a retailer of rifles, carbine and pistol manufactured by Marlin, Winchester and Springfield. All the firearms was named “sporting goods” (Article of sport) until the company stops its activities in 1980.
