De L'espée Aumont

All the information which I found on this weapon of test indicates:

- Less than 100 specimens manufactured.

- It seems that all the known specimens are gauged in 11mm model 1873.

I have one of these revolvers in version “baby” calibred for the cartridge .320 black powder.

This weapon is interesting because it has double marking “Chamelot Delvigne invention brevetée” on the right-hand side; and “invention DE L'ESPEE AUMONT brevetée” on the left-hand side.

Perhaps a visitor will have more information on this revolver De L’espée Aumont?
