Test PM (Black powder) is employed about 1900 and the Damas barrel shows an old manufacture which would not have can be supported the powder “T” appeared in 1900.
Marking “Arms manufacturing” is purely commercial, since rifle is traditional Saint Etienne who was resold by the free American counter which was an arms manufacture of Bordeaux directed in the Thirties by Hussenet and which was called Hussenet Laurent until his closing in the Eighties (I believe).
