The weapon is probably an Unique model 10 calibre 6,35 mm of the manufacture of Hendaye.
When with the German name engraved on the right slide: engraving appears old: undoubtedly the former owner of the weapon it wanted to personalize a personal weapon.
It is completely possible that a German soldier (considering the consonance of the name) held this gun on a purely personal basis.
