Paliard Vialletton Fréres

A cased pair of percussion pistols.

Paliard Vialletton Frères in St. Etienne, circa 1830. Octagonal barrels of fine rose Damascus with rifled bores in 11 mm calibre. Engraved locks with the signature, "Paliard Vialletton Frères à St. Etienne". Finely carved walnut half stocks with beautiful figure, finely checkered grips, and engraved iron furniture. Length of each: 40 cm. In a walnut case lined with blue velvet. Also a complete set of accessories, such as: powder flask, bullet mould, nipple wrench, etc.
