Dutch Flintlock Military Officer's rifle
53 3/4" in overall length with a 39 1/4" round barrel having a .62 caliber smoothbore. The lockplate is engraved "L. Thone/Amsterdam". The top of the breech has an Amsterdam control mark. The stock has four brass barrel bands and the muzzle has a bottom mounted bayonet lug. The top of the wrist has silver wire inlay around a large silver oval engraved with "1782".
