Double trigger THURY 1871

While pressing on the strip of the double trigger of the striker, the spring of double trigger is raised and compressed. A small base plate of the trigger, pressed by the spring, clings to the nozzle of the striker and thus maintains the double trigger armed. It will be enough to very slightly overcome the low resistance within the small competence of stop while supporting on the trigger, to give off the striker of its notch. That will cause to lower the part of trigger hanging on a side the striker and on another side the trigger, which will highly be withdrawn above the higher band. The set screw regulates the catch of the notch of double trigger and, consequently, the weight of the trigger, which must be of 100 à150g.
