BRNO ZB26
Czech ZB26 Light Machine Gun, 8x57 caliber
This ZB26 weapon originally served in the Czech Army. After its annexation by the Germans in 1938, it was adopted by the Wehrmacht. After the war, it was also produced in Russian caliber, but during the Balkan Wars, these old ZB26 8x57 calibers were again found in use until the late 1990s.
This weapon has an incredible history; even before the war, it was this model that inspired the British to produce it as a Bren model.
